Garlic Creole

Garlic Creole is ready to eat or plant and, it has excellent strong flavour. Prefers a sunny well drained position. If better drainage is required plant in a raised bed. 
Garlic Creole, a strong and delicious hard neck variety grown in New Zealand. Long known for its much-valued medicinal property, Garlic is a must have in every home garden. They can be planted immediately in a sunny position in the garden to produce more bulbs next year, or left in the house and used in recipes, cooking or eating as and when required. Garlic Creole can be planted anytime between April and September.
