Siberian Iris are a lower growing Iris than the Japanese Iris but are very easy to grow, easy care perennials - extra good value for money, lasting for years in the garden. Siberian Iris are grown almost anywhere but thrive in damp positions. With more flowers per plant than the Japanese Iris they make a great cut flower. Water well after planting and keep the soil moist. A good dressing of fertilizer in late Winter will encourage strong growth.
These plants are from natural division off field grown plants. All our Siberian Iris are grown in a 12 cm pot and wintered in Palmerston North. Available from mid-October or when growth is optimal for sales. All pots come complete with a hanging waterproof label and are dispatched in outers of 15 pots per carton.
